Mentors are Colorado attorneys with at least five years of practice experience who guide and advise mentees in their career paths to help them succeed in the profession of law. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees.

Mentees are law students intending to be licensed in Colorado, Colorado lawyers who are new to practice, or Colorado lawyers experiencing a transitional period in their career who want guidance and advice to further their careers and to be successful. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel.
